ORADOLL Purchase Guarantee
ORADOLL products are made-to-order adult collectibles. Our purchase process is designed to make the selected specifications, production stage and dispatch status clear before an order leaves the workshop.
What the ORADOLL process includes
- Documented product information. The product page identifies the confirmed scale, material, included items, available options and estimated production window.
- Specification confirmation. Made-to-order selections are summarized before production. Customers should check names, colors, options and delivery details carefully.
- Production updates. The order moves through Paid, Specifications Confirmed and In Production statuses.
- QC photo review. When available for the product, production photos are provided before dispatch so the confirmed configuration can be reviewed.
- Discreet dispatch. The external shipping carton does not advertise the nature of the product. Required carrier and customs information must remain accurate.
- Tracking and support. Tracking is sent after carrier acceptance. Order questions should include the order number but never payment credentials.
What this guarantee does not mean
Made-to-order work can include normal handcrafted variation. QC photos are intended to confirm the ordered configuration, not to create a new design after production has started. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates because production, customs, weather and carrier events may change timing.
If something is wrong
Keep all packaging, photograph the unopened carton and the issue, and contact ORADOLL promptly. Do not use, alter, wash or repair an item that may need review. Eligibility for replacement, repair, refund or carrier claim depends on the documented issue and the applicable Returns & Refunds terms.
