Currency and available methods
ORADOLL displays prices in US dollars. At launch, only payment methods explicitly approved and shown on the secure checkout page will be available. A method mentioned in customer service messages should not be treated as available unless it appears during checkout.
Payment review
A successful card authorization does not always mean an order has completed review. High-value or unusual orders may require billing verification, address confirmation, identity-safe fraud checks or additional payment-provider review before production begins.
If a payment fails
- Confirm that billing information matches the issuing bank’s records.
- Check available funds and online or international purchase settings.
- Do not repeat many attempts in a short period, as automated fraud systems may block them.
- Contact the issuing bank first, then ORADOLL with the order reference and error time. Never email a complete card number, password or security code.
Charges, conversion and refunds
Your bank may apply currency conversion, cross-border or authorization-hold rules. These bank charges are separate from the ORADOLL product price. Approved refunds return to the original approved payment method; the time required to appear is controlled by the payment provider and issuing bank.
Payment safety
Use only the checkout on the official oradoll.com domain. ORADOLL will not ask for a password, one-time code or full payment credentials by email or social message.
