Shipping Guide
Production time and shipping time are different
The estimated production window begins after payment and specification confirmation. Shipping time begins only after QC completion, dispatch and carrier acceptance. An estimated delivery range is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Order journey
- Specifications Confirmed — the written configuration is approved.
- In Production — the workshop is making the product.
- QC Photos Awaiting Approval — the configuration is reviewed before dispatch when this step is included.
- Dispatched — the carrier has accepted the shipment and tracking is available.
- Delivered — carrier tracking records delivery.
Discreet packaging
The outside carton is neutral and does not use explicit product photography or advertising. Discreet packaging does not mean false shipping documents: carrier, customs, safety and value declarations must remain accurate.
Customs, taxes and remote areas
Import review, duties, taxes, brokerage, address corrections, remote-area charges and local restrictions may vary by destination. The customer is responsible for providing a complete legal delivery address and responding promptly to a carrier or customs request.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking may take time to update after the label is created. High-value orders may require address verification, adult signature or manual risk review. Inspect the carton before opening and photograph visible damage. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check the delivery location and contact the carrier and ORADOLL promptly.
