Returns & Refunds
Because ORADOLL products are adult goods and many are made to order, return eligibility depends on production status, hygiene, customization and the documented condition at delivery.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact ORADOLL immediately if an order detail is incorrect. Before production begins, a change or cancellation may be possible. Once specifications are confirmed or materials and production have been committed, cancellation may be limited and documented costs may be non-refundable.
Delivery damage or incorrect configuration
- Photograph every side of the shipping carton before opening.
- Record any carrier damage, missing items or configuration difference.
- Keep the carton, inserts, labels and accessories.
- Contact ORADOLL promptly with the order number and clear photographs.
Do not use, clean, alter or attempt to repair the product while a claim is being reviewed. ORADOLL may request additional photographs or carrier documentation.
Hygiene and non-returnable conditions
Opened or used intimate goods may be ineligible for return for health and hygiene reasons. Personalized, custom-produced, altered, damaged through handling, improperly stored or incompletely returned items may also be ineligible unless a verified manufacturing issue applies.
Approved outcomes
Depending on the evidence and applicable terms, an approved remedy may be replacement parts, repair support, partial refund, replacement product, carrier claim or refund. Refunds are issued only to the original approved payment method; bank processing time is outside ORADOLL’s control.
Before sending anything back
Never return an order without written authorization and the correct return instructions. Unauthorized shipments may be refused, delayed or sent to the wrong facility.
